eJUSTICE: Justice in the knowledge society
Introduction
E-JUSTICE As part of the preparatory work for the XIII Ibero-American Judicial Summit, work was carried out to develop the project titled "E-justice: justice in the knowledge society", which has given rise to the following instruments:
1. System of basic indicators to establish the transition from Ibero-American justice administrations to the knowledge society.
2. Basis for the relative position of our countries in the application of information and communications technologies to the justice administrations.
3. Basic recommendations on alternative justice management and organisation systems in accordance with the information society.
In addition and within the framework of e-justice, work was carried out to develop the project titled "Justice and Technology Fair", whose first edition was held at the same time as the plenary assembly of the XIII edition in Santo Domingo.
